1. ability goals能力目标:

to help the ss develop their reading ability by skimming for main ideas and car eful-reading for details with the teacher’s guidance.

to enable the ss to talk about animals under the sea.

to help the ss know the importance of the relationship between animals and humans.

1. help the ss get the main idea and some detailed information by fast-reading and careful-reading.
