此次，我想担任的部长一职对我来说也许是个艰巨的挑战，但是我坚信：不是没有做过就一定不会做好。义工志愿者是个随处可见的名词，到哪里都会有它的话题。每当我戴上那鲜红的帽子和附有标志的志愿者衣服时，我都感觉无比的厚重，无论是在那次的宣传艾滋病活动还是擦那地下通道，我都感觉到了作为义工的艰辛与付出，其实做义工真的很累很累，但是义工志愿者们却依然选择了擦干净汗水，一如既往地坚持下去。我是来自于一名农村的女孩，对于那种不怕脏，不怕苦，不怕累我们深有体会，我能够深深的感受到他们做义工的这种精神——不计回报的为同学，为老师，为身边的人服务，是他们在平凡中尽显伟大。
认识到了义工的所在，我决定在此冒昧的推荐自己，其实无论是选择什么样的部门都是需要一定的能力，都是在锻炼自己，都是在给自己一个机会来证明自己。我想更多的为身边的同学服务，更多的锻炼自己，学会怎样与人沟通，与人协作。如果我真的有幸被聘用了，我将会义无反顾地做下去，发扬义工的精神，并带动下一届的学弟学妹一起体验义工的精神，躲让周围的人真正的感受到义工的温暖。
